Gymtown
An important arm of All Core Gym, that creates a pathway from beginner to advanced. It is a dedicated training area equipped to meet the needs of everyone and is over seen by expert coaches and qualified personnel. It has close ties with our performance gym and overlaps nicely with some of their programming.
Membership is to be limited. Why, as a controlled environment, it is key to the proper management structure required for keeping users motivated and challenged. You won’t face overcrowded and dysfunctional equipment as good management will ensure that you can train comfortably and stay focused on your goal. Your body is unique, so your training should be too. From one-on-one with a trainer, to weight management/nutrition coaching, group training and multiple classes, we’ll help you find something challenging for you.
Who is it for?
Everyone! It’s all about working hard and about having fun. Come and train with us. Be motivated to push yourself to levels un achieved before. Here all new clients book in for an initial assessment and needs analysis. Each assessment, whether it is a nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire, a body fat composition test or a mobility test, will be completed with your coach. With all this information, we will design a programme catered towards the individual’s needs and ability which will help challenge realistic goals. The importance of finding someone to be accountable to and participating in activities that you enjoy are huge success factors when developing a lifestyle change.
